Dr Fiona Davis brings over 30 years of clinical expertise within the disability and mental health sectors, offering high-level professional supervision to practitioners across a broad range of disciplines. With a solid foundation in clinical practice and governance, Emma has a demonstrated track record of leading service transformation, embedding evidence-based frameworks, and driving strategic growth through operational excellence and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Emma has held senior leadership and executive roles across both the not-for-profit and private sectors, managing complex portfolios including multidisciplinary allied health, supported accommodation, behaviour support, and mental health services.
She is deeply committed to clinical and organisational governance, having operationalised NDIS quality and safeguarding standards, authored legislation-aligned policies and procedures, and led enterprise-wide risk management strategies that support compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
With formal qualifications in social science, disability, community services management, and governance, Emma supports teams to build sustainable, values-led practice cultures.
